Beginnings:   Asparagus & smoked salmon forks with gribiche sauce, brie tower en croute w/raspberries, fresh pea soup shooter w/cheese toast

First Course:  Fresh spinach salad w/raspberries, toasted sliced almonds, thin rings of red onion, airy angel food cake croutons & raspberry vinaigrette, dinner roll & butter

Main Course:  Beef tenderloin w/cognac cream sauce, Dauphinoise potatoes & asparagus w/lemon zest butter, white wine poached salmon w/artichokes & baby carrots over rice pilaf 

 

Sizzling Summer $28

Beginnings:  Roasted corn chowder shot w/a miniature green chili & cheese cornbread muffin, watermelon square w/mascarpone cheese,  jumbo shrimp cocktail,

First Course:  Caprese salad: Vine ripened heirloom tomatoes, fresh buffalo mozzarella, basil, olive oil & balsamic vinegar, dinner roll & butter

Main Course:  BBQ chicken, brisket served w/Dale's epic BBQ sauce, creamy horseradish sauce & au jus, baked potato w/butter & chive sour cream, corn on the cob w/a trio of flavored butters

 

Fall Harvest $33

Beginnings:  Root & fruit chips w/ blue cheese dip, tomato soup shooter w/cheese toast, tower of brie w/caramelized apples, cranberries & pistachios

First Course:  Tossed green salad w/ candied pecans, pears, shaved parmesan & a maple balsamic dressing, dinner roll & butter

Main Course:  Pork tenderloin stuffed with our cornbread & apple dressing served w/creamy mashed potatoes, gravy & scalloped corn, elegant chicken picatta served w/wild rice pilaf &  a roasted vegetable medley

 

Winter Wonderland $32

Beginnings:  Butternut squash soup shot w/toasted pepitas, cheese, fruit & cracker display, crab & boursin cheese stuffed mushroom

First Course:  Waldorf salad on a bed of greens, dinner roll w/butter

Main Course:  Pistachio crusted beef tenderloin w/creamy horseradish & au jus, chicken Parisian, Chantilly potatoes & green bean almondine w/cranberries
