I was responsible to host a Winter Open House for 400+ employees and committed the event to Cindi, Dale, and the wonderful staff at Sackits Hot Shot Catering. Cindi and Dale worked in partnership with me to develop a concept for the event that included beautiful and creative staging for each of the food stations for our “Around the World” theme. I expected that we would enjoy their efforts, but they far exceeded my expectations. During and after the event, the remarks and praise just kept coming from our staff….”That was the best event we’ve ever had here!” The food was beautiful to look at, and each dish was prepared with fresh ingredients and style – as in, individual tiramisu tarts and margarita mousse shots. Food can look good, but the best news was that all of the food tasted amazing too, from the very creative vegetable sushi “snakes” to the Italian meatball sliders. Cindi, Dale, and Aubrey interacted in a friendly and professional manner with our employees, and worked as a very efficient team to handle replenishing items and preserving the appearance of the displays. I don’t know how they produce so many wonderful dishes, all freshly made, and served at the right temperature for one event. Their quality and production skills were apparent to all. They were an instant hit with our employees, and I look forward to the next opportunity to call them up for help with an event! Thanks again for everything! I will never forget the wonderful taste of those Italian meatball sliders!
